Terms & Conditions

To help us provide the best possible service to our customers and as a courtesy to our therapists we need to apply the following terms and conditions:

Payment: Advanced payment is required in full at the time of booking and prior to your appointment. For online bookings, payment must be made immediately via the Payment Request sent to your email. For phone bookings, payment can be made by Credit Card or you can opt to have a payment request sent to your email. We do not accept cash at the time of treatment.

Late Payment: Late payments are not acceptable. A £50 late fee will apply to payments that are outstanding for more than 48 hours after the booking has been completed.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a confirmed booking or cancellation fees will apply. Cancellations and appointment changes received more than 24 hours in advance are cancelled without charge with the option to re-schedule your treatment. Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled treatment or fail to show at the treatment location without notice, your therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment with 100% of the treatment cost charged.

Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended as appointments are subject to availability.

Health Conditions: Please advise us of any special health conditions on scheduling your appointment as this may effect your selected treatment(s). Should you experience high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or any health conditions, we advise you to consult your doctor before your treatment and present us with a doctor’s note of approval.

Health History Forms: Please complete a client health history form as this allows your therapist to prepare for your massage. Refusal to complete this Legal Form will result in the termination of your massage.

Bookings: Your massage therapist will arrive 10 minutes prior the scheduled treatment time to set up and discuss your requirements. Underwear must be worn at all times throughout the duration of the massage, including the transition of the client onto and off of the massage table. Your therapist reserves the right to conclude the massage and leave the premises immediately in the result of sexual harassment or attempt to breach condition eight (8) of our Terms and Conditions. This could result in a police report being filed if the charges are deemed to be of a serious nature.

Late Arrival: We allow sufficient time for your therapist to travel to you, however circumstances may occur that are out of our control and may result in your therapist arriving late to your scheduled treatment. In the event that your therapist is held up you will be advised by telephone and the length of your massage shall commence from the time the Therapist begins your treatment. In the event that you are running late and are not ready to commence your treatment at the scheduled time, your treatment will still conclude at the scheduled finish time, to allow our therapists to care equally for each of our clients.

Gift Certificates:

  • Gift Certificates are sent electronically by email once purchased.
  • Gift Certificates have a 3 month expiration.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure Imperial Massage service the recipient’s location prior to purchasing.
  • De-Stress Massage & Facial packages are available for London residents only.
  • Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Certificates can be redeemed here.
  • Imperial Massage London are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of Gift Certificates.
